I wish you couldve been here so that i could sing you happy birthday for real. I miss you soooooooooo much that words cant even describe. Whenever i think of you tears come to my eyes. I can honestly say you were on my mind when i woke up today. Theres not much for me to say. I miss talking to you, i miss hearing you and seeing you. I miss everything that has anything to do with you. I hope your having a good birthday in heavan. Not a day goes by that I have not thought about you and realized how much I miss you. There are so many things that remind me of you and how much I miss you. Unfortunately memories is all I have left of you and I will hold onto them & cherish each one forever. I miss hearing your voice and your laughter when you pick on me and laugh at your own jokes, I would give anything to hear it again. I feel that you got cheated in life as so did we by you leaving us so soon.

Today you would have hit the Big 7-0. Ma would have thrown a big bash up in Maine. And I would have made a fool of myself singing a parody about you. I'd give anything to have that happen, but we know it won't. I now know the pain that you have felt most of your adult life without your Dad. I am lucky to have been close to a great Dad like you for 42 years. They say you don't know what you have had until you lose it, and it sucks that losing you made me realize what I had. So there will be no singing on this day, but you will (as always) be on my mind and in my heart. I dedicate all I do in life to you, Dad. The best memories we had together were sports related. We are blessed to have great teams around here to root for. And isn't it ironic that the Celtics are going for their 17th title on Father's Day. You raised me to be a winner in life, and you did hate to lose. But there is one thing that you always did win or lose and that's have fun!
